Telephone: 07932761237Through dance, sport and walking in nature I had always held a passion for movement and the benefits it brings to the mind, body and soul. Along with an interest in alternative therapies this led me to Yoga and in 2013 I qualified to teach gaining the British Wheel of Yoga’s 500 hour Diploma. I am also certified as a specialist teacher through Yoga Campus to teach yoga for stress, burnout and fatigue.
I fuse a flowing movement practice with breath work, relaxation, readings and nature imagery.

Watch it, listen to it, observe its needs, its requests, and even have fun.” Yoga offers many ways to improve our health and wellbeing – it is a practice that can begin wherever we are at the moment.
