Joanna trained at Canterbury Yoga and with the London Yoga Teacher Training Group, inspired by the teaching of Vanda Scaravelli (1908-1999): “Do not look at your body like a stranger, but adopt a friendly approach towards it. Watch it, listen to it, observe its needs, its requests, and even have fun.” Yoga offers many ways to improve our health and wellbeing – it is a practice that can begin wherever we are at the moment.
